Ronnie, another Atenista (HS and college alumnus)
and a friend of mine writes:

I just checked out your web site. IT IS REALLY GREAT! I think the Philippine government should reward you with something for being the most extensive (to date) in sharing the 1986 People Power Revolution. I think on it's own it should stand out as as
Web Site.

However, I don't mean to disppapoint you but EDSA 1986 is not as intense anymore, because the typical Pinoy is more concerned nowadays with surviving rather than patriotism or other "intangible" stuff. But I would like to applaud you for doing
such a great job on this. In fact, I'm emailing my friends and the Pinoy president regarding your work. I hope they acknowledge this very important part of history being on the Web.

Here are some pictures of EDSA '86 for your web page:

The red car is my car. My friends (Cyril, Emoy, Jerry) and I
were on our way to Malacanang when we heard that Marcos has fled. This was at about 11:30pm. People were celebrating in the streets.

Tanks and people at the corner of EDSA and Ortigas. The vacant lot in the photo is where the EDSA Shrine now stands.

(The white area is a wall. Above the wall, you can see the soldiers in dark
green helmets and behind them are the tanks. )

Dusk mass at Batasang Pambansa during the
counting of votes for the snap election.
