Yoga

For the sheer joy and love of bringing it into other people's lives, Perla taught yoga at Harmony, A Space for Yoga and Dance and occassionaly for Lotus Gardens Yoga until she moved from Connecticut. Presently she has a personal practice and includes her yoga background in her women's circles.

Perla has been practicing yoga for 1997. She has some background in dance and ballet. Her personal yoga practice includes vinyasa, meditation, prayer and occassional Bikram style yoga. She also practices reiki healing within her family.
